About Me.

Welcome to my psychotherapy practice where I strive to help you feel at ease. I hope to create a calm environment to allow for any subject that comes to mind. I ask questions about your body and what your emotional experience feels like physically. Let's be curious about understanding your experience. When you learn more about yourself, you feel confident in knowing what you need in order to regulate yourself.

My Practice

I believe in creating a strong therapeutic foundation built on trust, authenticity and collaboration. Whatever your needs happen to be, they are important and valuable to understand. I work from a strength-based perspective and build upon what you're already doing well. I focus on the whole person, getting to know you inside and your outer system in which you exist.

I started my practice upon speaking at a Type 1 Diabetes support group. I immediately knew that this was where my true passion lies. Working with individuals and groups in a clinically supportive setting has been helpful in bridging the gaps of healthcare. I am happy to be a part of your treatment team and establish a balanced, coordinated effort to meet your lifestyle goals.
